Welcome!
As a newcomer we hope our community is as enjoyable to you as it is to us!
Newcomers to our community are highly encouraged to join the Landowner's Corp. soon after moving into their residence. The lake is owned by the corporation.
While it isn't mandatory to join the corporation, it is in your best interest to do so as the lake adds to the value of our homes. The annual fee is only $75 per year except for those living alone then it is $40. Fees are used to maintain the dam and health of the lake, update signage, pay the corporate property taxes, etc.
Meetings are typically held semiannually in April and September, and notifications are given through this website and signs posted in the community.
To join the corporation, contact the treasurer whose contact information can be found here.
